Sets the Payment Status of a replacement certificate (in the certificate's record in the Certificates module) to REPLACEMENT.
Note: Only for use by the Saskatchewan Vital Statistics Agency.
DescriptionFor management reporting purposes, SVSA needs to know how many replacement certificates have been issued. When this entry is specified, Vitalware determines whether an ordered product is a replacement or not; if it is a replacement, Payment Status in the certificate's record in the Certificates module is set to REPLACEMENT. When the relevant management report is run, the Certificates module can then be queried to determine the number of replacement certificates ordered within a specified period.
